Delete the Synchronization folder on Windows¶

Some of those steps are necessary when some of your folders of files may have been synced read-only due to restricted server permissions.

Steps to Disable On-Demand Synchronization¶

1. Select the synchronization folder

   

2. Open the contextual menu

   

3. Open the properties dialog

   

4. Switch to security tab

   

5. Open the advanced security properties dialog

   

6. Remove any access restrictions for the current user that is also the owner of the files. Apply recursively the permissions on the top folder to the whole synchronization folder.
