  • Replacing network drives

Network drives are usually used as the central data storage for your organiza- tion’s documents. They usually have Access Control Lists (ACLs) in place to limit user access to certain folders. There are actually two ways to integrate or move them to Nextcloud: The first is to include them as external storage, where the access permissions can be read from the network drive. The second way is to move the data into Team folders, for which can find more information in 6.3.
