Don't disallow using commands tagged as dangerous

Redis maintains a command group called dangerous, see their docs.

Admins might wonder whether it's safe to disable these commands for the Nextcloud Redis user. Unfortunately it's not, as the server makes use of the KEYS Redis command.

This was last checked in April 2026 in the Nextcloud 33 server code.
